A photograph of a yellow sticky note displaying printed text which reads 'facilitate: make (a process or action) easy or easier'. The note is on top of a heap of ribbon, laces and cord all tangled up with a sewing tape measure. There is a mid grey tiled surface below.

Facilitation

My role as a facilitator is to help people work together effectively and achieve their shared goals. Facilitation provides support for the process, keeping the collective effort on track and helping to make the most of a group’s co-creative potential. You might work with me to help tackle a specific problem, learn something new, unpack a complex challenge, devise a strategy or collaborate across teams.

If you’ve checked out my background, you’ll know that I’ve ventured deep into the complexities of organisational life through formal education and training. All of this underpinning knowledge and experience flows into my approach. It helps me understand the broader context for your aims and objectives, and it informs how I design activities, methods and materials for your group.

I also offer facilitated micro-workshops for events that bring people together to share ideas and make new connections, for example business networking groups. A short, interactive session to explore a thought-provoking topic is a great way to break the ice and spark good quality conversations between participants.
