Facilitation

Co-create: creative facilitation for effective collaboration

My role as a facilitator is to help you work together as a group, realise your co-creative potential and achieve your shared goals.

I design and deliver tailored sessions that help you make the most of your time together. You might work with me to help tackle a specific problem, learn something new, unpack a complex challenge, devise a strategy or pool skills and knowledge across teams.

If you’ve checked out my background, you’ll know I’ve invested heavily in formal education and training to explore different aspects of management, leadership, learning, technology, communication, innovation and change. I’m insatiably curious about how might collectively do a better job of learning, organising and innovating together.

All of this underpinning knowledge and experience flows into my approach. It helps me understand the broader context for your aims and objectives, and it informs how I design activities, methods and materials for your group.

“Esther is a uniquely talented and skilled facilitator. She is friendly and a great communicator. Esther worked with a diverse group of trustees to help us shape our vision, values and ethos. Her approach ensured that the process was inclusive and grounded.

The output was authentic and reflected our unique character and creative offer. As a result, people can understand what the Charity offers to the community. Esther’s work was invaluable. I would highly recommend her.”

“Esther always has an understanding of the goals for the session and a range of imaginative and engaging activities which involve all participants in achieving those aims.”
